    Accepted...but members of Pinoykantao will keep watch of his account which he is tied with TLC and possible pilots. Rank will be removed if he is seen aggressively towards the clan. Member has prior history and prior abuse of ranking in the past. Other than the owner of account is friendly, helpful, and a good asset for the community.
